At CarsBits.com, we understand that buying used car parts online can be a little bit challenging, so we have established a return and refund policy to make sure that you have a positive shopping experience with us.
Shipping
Our goal is to deliver your parts within 24 hours based on your location. If you live in England and your parcel is under 25kg and less than 1 meter in size, you are eligible for free shipping.
However, certain items like Door and Tailgate, Bonnet, Bumper, Wing Panel, Engine, Gearbox, Subframe, Axle, Dashboards, and fragile parts are not eligible for free shipping. You can either collect the parts from our yard or arrange your own courier service for delivery.
Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, including all packaging, and accessories.
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process a refund if it meets the above criteria.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to show on your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Exceptions
Electrical and discounted-order items are non-returnable.
All SALE and DISCOUNTED ITEMS are pure sale cannot be returned for exchange or refund. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check the part’s images and description before purchase.
Items that have been installed or used cannot be returned.
