How returns works on CarsBits

Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If something’s gone wrong with Part(s) you’ve bought on CarsBits, you may are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement.

It doesn't matter whether you bought the Part new or second hand you’ll have legal rights if the Part(s) you bought is:

  • Broken or damaged on transit ('not of satisfactory quality')
  • Not working and unusable (‘not fit for purpose’)
  • Not what was advertised or doesn’t match the seller’s description and images

In all above conditions, the seller has to provide return label and bear the cost of return shipment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Buyer can not automatically return if:

  • Part(s) not in its original condition
  • Part(s) was damaged by buyer accident, misuse or there is missing parts
  • Buyer knew about the fault before you bought the item
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Buyer just changed their mind
  • Filing a charge back after receiving a refund
  • Claiming the part(s) was not received when there is proof of delivery to the buyers address on the Order Details
  • Falsely claiming an item was not as described
  • Returning an item other than the original item received
  • Using or damaging and item and then returning it

Refunds Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at with full details of your order.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and seller has an alternative matching part(s). 

Please contact the seller directly. If no exchange option is available you might be entitled to return and refund.
