Sellers should review the cost and speed of postage before offering a delivery service.

Specify clearly when the part(s) will be sent.

Only include postage charges that are actually incurred by the seller and are related to the cost of posting and handling the part(s) being delivered.

Actual cost paid to the delivery service.

The postage charge must be include handling, packaging materials and insurance cost.

Upload accurate tracking details.

The tracking number uploaded must match the delivery location provided in orders.

Seller must upload the tracking number on order page that buyer can have the information correctly and immediately.

Sellers must not:

Use a slower delivery service than the one selected by the buyer.

Include any additional fees for handling and packaging when offering free postage. Sellers can not charge extra unless it is agreed with buyer.
